Founded in 1986, Limestone Hills Academy has built a reputation for over 30 years by providing quality Early Childhood Education in a secure, safe, loving, and caring environment for children. We pride ourselves in the quality, state certified, caring and nurturing teachers who put their all into educating young minds. We are conveniently located in the heart of Pike Creek Valley with easy access to Wilmington Newark, and Hockessin.
We provide preschool services for children ages 2 through 5 years old. We also provide Before and After care services for school-aged children and a fun/enriched summer camp. We provide a structured and academic curriculum for children.
Our children learn through educational hands-on activities integrated with music, science, and arts. We encourage physical movement with outdoor activities within our 2-acre campus – complete with soccer and basketball facilities and age-appropriate play areas/equipment.

The mission of Limestone Hills Academy is to ensure that our qualified, professional, dedicated team, provide exceptional care, and learning experiences to children in a stable, safe, and nurturing environment. We base our educational concepts on respect, multicultural diversity, inclusion, and the acceptance of each child as an individual.
We strive to ensure that children’s social, emotional, physical, intellectual needs and interests are met and optimized through age-appropriate play, projects, and a well-rounded and stimulating curriculum/activities.
We are committed to the families and community we serve, and we strongly believe that a strong and united community fosters a great collaboration between families and the school to help develop a whole child.
